I enjoy arthouse cinema and am the proud single father of a Bengal cat.
In my whiskies, I like sweet pineapples and bourbon-y profiles of cereal, vanilla and caramel, but I also have a curiosity with flavours of gentle peat smoke, pepper or brine just to keep things interesting.
My favourite bottles are the Redbreast 12 Years Cask Strength and Chichibu The Peated 2018.
