Nose: Smoke first !, There's some complexity on the nose for me , lemon peel, grassy vegetative

Palate: freshness zesty , a light blow of pepper then, a complex palate, bringing some fresh wood, vegetal peat, some ashy tar

Finish: medium, short lingering peat , some tar, little to no smoke, very light bitterness.
