35% 1st Fill European Oak Sherry, 15% 1st Fill American Oak Sherry, 50% Hand-selected quality Oak Refill casks. Bottled May 2016

Nose: Sour plum stuffing into your nose, bringing some dark fruit sweetness along, followed by a bit of vanilla

Taste: Although sweetness first, the bourbon wood came knocking very quickly, giving some citrusy lemon behind

Finish: Short with some bitterness wood aroma lingering
