My most single cask + ABV Strength mostly at 48.4% in a night ...

  • Mortlach - Speyside

  • Jura - Island

  • GlenAllachie - Speyside

Port Dundas - 15 Years Old - Cask : 13748, ABV 48.4% , Score 78 - WB159113


Nose : very light floral

Taste : some sweetness

Finish : very light warmness


Mortlach 12 Years Old - Cask - 12942, ABV 48.4% , Score 83 - WB131905


Nose : Blowing Bubble Ladybird , Green Apple

Taste : Slow spiciness grows, orange peel , some oiliness,

Finish : oily all over, medium finish , some sweetness


Jura - 12 Years Old - Cask - 13982 - ABV 48.4% , Score 83 - WB164793


Nose : very light gasoline petrol smell , damp old clothes

Taste : ginger like spiciness , damp clothes followed,

Finish : Medium finish, some floral finish lingering


Glenallachie - 12 Years Old - Cask - 14406 - ABV 48.4% , Score 84 - WB175378


Nose : Sherry nose , slight sweet perfume

Taste : some oily sweetness

Finish : some warmness , medium finish , some warmness


Ledaig - 21 Years Old - Cask - 13060 - ABV 49.6% , Score 86 - WB139662


Nose : Clean Peat all over, very nice nose , some medicinal

Taste : slight smokiness, some salty

Finish : medium finish with mild peatiness lingering


Talisker - 10 Years Old - Cask - 14410 - ABV 48.4% , Score 85 - WB179058


Nose : some smoke peat smell , didn't get the salty most people mentioned

Taste : Peaty , Salinity, Dry , smokiness , some oiliness

Finish : Medium - long, smokiness.
