Caol Ila 13 Year Old ABV 43%


Nose: smoke initially with zesty lemon , then the smoke subdue to bright fruity smell

Palate: layer of oil / buttery , initial peppery then the coat of oil forms releasing some zesty woody notes

Finish: medium finish with lemons painted around your mouth

Caol Ila 15 Year Old ABV 57.5%


How can a 15YO fresh sherry doesn't have the dark color 🤔


Nose: initial smoke too, then there's some sourness with stronger zesty notes

Palate: wouldn't have known it's sherry with the bourbon like profile, oily lemony zesty with bright fruits

Finish: Medium with coated lemon peels


Sweeter after adding two drops of water. Caramel like coating
