Ben Nevis Cask Strength - Batch 1 - 10 Year Old, Distilled - 21 April 2008, Bottled September 2018, 1st Fill Bourbon, Sherry and Wine Casks, ABV 62.4%, 9000 Bottles
Nose - Floral first, some alcohol burn behind, nose gently and can get more hops, some wood, the gentle floral touch is nice, there seem to be an intense copper funk coming later
With Water 10drops - Floral now comes with fruity, with some funk behind
Palate - Waves of sweetness with the alcohol intensity, still bearable with some burn, copper like funk followed with light tinge of bitterness
With Water - ABV burn lesser, sweetness, more complex notes, more fruits
Finish - Medium with some bitterness
