Cask Redwine Casks & Ex-Bourbon Casks, NAS, ABV 46%, Bottled 2019

Nose: perfume like flower, some sour green apples, sometimes musky

Taste: Sweet first, slightly pepper, carry some saltiness

Finish: short to medium, sweetness with some wood

Cask Ex-Tennessee Matured, NAS, ABV 50%

Nose: sweetness

Taste: some peppery spice , mild saltiness

Finish: short soapy like finish, some bitterness

Cask Bourbon Casks, NAS, ABV 50%

Nose: medicinal notes is obvious, very mild smokiness, some sweetness

Taste: some smoky, sweetness, saltiness , some warmness

Finish: short to medium sweetness, some medicinal peat
