Glenlivet 12YO Licensed Dram

Tried this at the popup promotion in a mall. Loved the decorations and stuff, but the tasting part was a bit rush and the mall was filled with a plastic like vanilla scent š¤¢ That was a big turnoffā¹ļø
Nose: First impression was rather grassy and herbal. Quite different from the normal 12 YO you can get over the counter. After a while you get strawberries jam šwith a hint of custard, cinnamon stick, orangeš peel , cola š„¤ with some menthol like coolness.
Palate: Thin bodied. Sweet. Cola š„¤ with some cloves floating on it
Finish: Medium finish, noticeable herbal note with menthol like coolness, hint of round red fruit sweetness at the end.
